Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your ALUNEA products. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, or altered.

Returns

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale

Gift cards, promotional items marked as Final Sale, and any opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
