Welcome to ALUNEA.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products & Information

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, ingredients, colors, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. Because many ALUNEA products are handcrafted and made with botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or appearance may naturally occur.

Personal Care & Wellness Products

ALUNEA products are intended for personal care and general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual experiences may vary. Please review product ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability issues, or incorrect product information. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or applied where required.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All ALUNEA branding, logos, product designs, photography, graphics, text, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to ALUNEA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALUNEA will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
